Szabolcs Toth (BSc, MSc) has over three decades of professional experience in clinical nursing, intensive care, anesthesiology, and pain management. He began his healthcare career in Berlin as an intensive care and anesthesia nurse, later working at one of the city’s largest hospitals. During this time, he gained extensive experience across multiple areas of intensive care, including burn intensive care, anesthesiology, shock units, cardiac catheterization labs, and air ambulance (helicopter) emergency services.

Following his clinical career, he held leadership and healthcare management positions in Germany and Hungary, focusing primarily on patient safety, quality improvement, and the development of healthcare systems and operations.

He currently works at the PSI Pain Clinic as Head of Nursing, as well as an operational and strategic quality management leader. He earned his BSc and MSc degrees in Health Sciences at Semmelweis University, where he is currently pursuing his PhD and teaches in Hungarian, German, and English across multiple faculties.
