About

In my private practice, I primarily treat musculoskeletal pain in athletes, individuals with sedentary lifestyles, and patients undergoing or recovering from hospital rehabilitation. My approach combines evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and treatment methods with the holistic perspective of manual medicine, which requires a university degree.

I spent several years in London working in public hospitals across musculoskeletal, neurological, orthopedic, and oncology departments. This experience expanded my knowledge with a systems-based approach and practical clinical thinking.

Previously, I worked as the personal therapist of the Hungarian national carriage driving team, supporting athletes in maximizing physical performance during training and competitions, as well as in injury prevention. I also taught international students at the rehabilitation department of the National Institute for Sports Medicine (Sport Hospital).

My treatments are based on a detailed movement assessment, which allows evaluation of muscle condition, joint range of motion, and potential neurological involvement. In addition to medical diagnosis, I use specific tests to differentiate the source of pain and assess the condition of affected tissues. This forms the basis of a personalized treatment plan, and together with the patient, we define therapeutic goals depending on the expected recovery timeline.

My professional motivation is not only continuous scientific development, but also providing personalized care for patients and restoring their health as quickly as possible—helping them achieve the foundations of a healthy and balanced life.

As an active athlete, I have successfully completed the Olympic distance of the AJ Bell London Triathlon.
